The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of the town, close to popular spots and landmarks. the rooms are clean, and the bathrooms are well-equipped with essential toiletries. the service is great, with helpful staff ready to serve guests with a free cup of tea or coffee on arrival. the breakfast comes with a range of options and tastes. the rooms also have excellent facilities like comfortable beds, air-conditioning, and a TV with multiple channels. the view from the top floor is stunning with beautiful cityscapes and landscapes.
Some guests had complained about the receptionist's indifferent behavior and stated that the train station is a bit far away from the hotel.

The only positive aspect of this place was that it seemed clean and tidy, which is not surprising since it is a new hotel. The receptionist who welcomed us was friendly and offered us a free coffee or tea, which was appreciated after a long journey. The beds were acceptable, and the sheets seemed clean, but not sure if they were changed since the last guest.
The biggest issue with this place was that the majority of the staff was unfriendly. The woman who was working in the morning when we checked out didn't even acknowledge us, no eye contact, no goodbye, no thanks for staying or anything.

I had a great experience at the hotel. The cleanliness of the hotel was exceptional. Additionally, the hotel facilities were top-notch, and the location in the center of this city was very convenient. The staff was extremely helpful, especially the receptionist on duty when I arrived. She offered me free tea or coffee, which was a nice touch.
